How do I track my order?

After placing your order you'll receive a email confirming your order, and you'll receive another email once your order is dispatched.

You'll have a tracking number within that email in which you should be able to track your parcel on the couriers website.

I can't login to my account

You'll be asked to enter your email, and you'll be sent a code to log into your account.

I've made a mistake on my order

Not to worry! Just get in touch and we'll amend the order if possible.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order arrive?

All orders are despatched within 1-2 days (excluding weekends). We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

As standard, most orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aim to deliver within 2-3 days once despatched.

At checkout you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD which aim to deliver the next working day. Please note this timeframe is from point of despatch and not from the time of purchase.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you've order coffee or a subscription only - this should fit straight through your letterbox.

For all other orders - feel free to add a safe place to leave your order in the notes section before checkout.
